Meet The Author

Ryn Wylde writes gothic horror, new weird horror, and supernatural romance. Inspired by folklore, classic gothic literature, and cosmic horror, her stories explore autonomy, desire, faith, and the blurred boundaries between humanity and monstrosity. She is queer, neurodivergent, and chronically ill, all of which influence her works.

Her favorite authors include Mary Shelley, Daphne du Maurier, Brom, Shirley Jackson, Christopher Buehlman, and Anne Rice.

When not writing, she can usually be found campaigning for civil liberties, playing DnD, or rewatching Studio Ghibli movies.
